• 2000/07/31, “Green House” “Energy Saving in Construction Trade” for “Sustainable Development” were written by the Chairman of Environmental Protection Bureau of Chinese National Government, Mr. Xie Zhenhua to support and to promote CCHC eHousing products.

• 2007/12-2008/09, the 1st phrase construction of CCHC Gu’An Factory has been accomplished and its production power has reached 250,000m2 of prefabricated houses annually,or 1,000,000m2 of wall boards annually. 

• 2008/10, the 2nd phrase construction of CCHC Gu’An Factory began.CCHC production power will be tripled while the 2nd phrase construction completes, reaching 750,000m2 of prefabricated houses annually,or 3,000,000m2 of wall boards annually.

• 2008/11/30-12/02,CCHC participated in the 10th of CIHAF together with Tianjin 6Wall e-Materials Co. As the solo domestic producer,CCHC’s exterior & interior wall boards were chosen by the national authorities to equip the Home of China which as a specially promoted Symbol represents the top level of Chinese housing construction now and in the future.

• 2008/03/31-04/03, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President & Prime Minister of United Arab of Emirates & Emirate of Dubai officially visited our country.During this state visit, he met leaders of CCHC and took a group souvenir photo kindly.

• 2008/05/07-10, with honor CCHC received the 7 VIPs delegation of Dubai World Group, leading by its Chairman of the Board, your highness Mr. Sultan Ahmad bin Sulayem.Under Dubai World group,the biggest private developer of the world, Nakheel, has built several extraordinary projects, such as the“Seven Star”Hotel Al-Arab, the Palm Jumeirah, the Palm Jebel Ali, the Palm Deira and the World (map) island. Negotiations of cooperating in UAE and global markets are very fruitful.

• 2008/12, CCHC first Luxury Sample Villa with the international top standard of interior & exterior finishing has been accomplished in Dubai City, UAE.

• 2008/2, Staff College project of Ethiopian National Defense Ministry assigned to CCHC; 2008/6, the project launched; 2008/12, Ethiopian Investment Agency formally approved the formation of ECHC (Ethiopian Century House Construction Share Company) to become functional in Addis Ababa, which is a joint venture of CCHC and Ethiopian National Defense Ministry with a registered capital US$55 million (Birr 554,784,966.00).
